Well I have have relayed the results from the endocrinologist to Michael Cawley, whose response was to set an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Not certain what to expect to happen on Tuesday's appointment. I am crossing my fingers that I will be starting the protocol very shortly. If so, I am curious to see the amount of vitamin D that is recommended, as which other vitamins will be required. I keep reading the facebook pages regarding the protocol which only reinforce my excitement and hope.
